Fondazione Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia – IIT (www.iit.it) is opening a post-doctoral position on the synthesis and processing of metal halide perovskite semiconductors, with the aim of achieving materials with high optoelectronic grade for photovoltaic and lighting applications.
The candidate will be also required to characterize the materials and their thin films and closely collaborate with other team members for their integration in devices.
Eligible applicants are required to have a PhD either in chemistry or physical chemistry or material science or related disciplines.
Proven experimental expertise in the field of solution processable perovskite semiconductors is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be fluent in English.
Salary will be commensurate to qualifications and experience and in line with international standards.
This research activity will be carried out in the “Advanced Materials for Optoelectronics” Research Line under the supervision of Dr. Annamaria Petrozza, located at the “Center for Nano Science and Technology” of the Fondazione Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia in Milan (Italy).
