The Research Line of Polymers and Biomaterials led by prof. Nicola Tirelli, active in the areas of polymer chemistry, nanomaterials, drug delivery and regenerative medicine, is currently opening 1 postdoctoral position in the production and characterization of responsive organic polymers to be used for the production of functional components for soft robotics. The relevant research will be carried out in the framework of the European project “GrowBot” funded by the European Commission with Grant Agreement n. 824074.
For the selected candidate, the planned activity will encompass polymer synthesis and derivatization, and processing through rapid prototyping techniques.
