Disclosure Obligations for Entities Engaging in Economic Transactions with Public Administrations or Other Public Bodies.
Law No. 124 of August 4, 2017 (Annual Law for the Market and Competition), under Article 1, paragraph 125, imposes a series of disclosure obligations on entities (including Foundations) that engage in economic transactions with Public Administrations or other public bodies.
The provision mandates that such entities disclose on their websites or digital portals information pertaining to "grants, contributions, remunerated engagements, and, in any case, any economic benefits of any nature" exceeding the amount of 10,000 euros.
Such disclosure must be made with reference to the amounts received in each calendar year, no later than June 30 of the following year.
