Giulia Coco earned her B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees in Engineering Physics from Politecnico di Milano in Milan, Italy, in September 2018 and April 2021, respectively. Her master's thesis on organic thermoelectrics was conducted at the Center for Nano Science and Technology - CNST, Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia in Milan, Italy. During her master's studies, she participated in the Erasmus+ Program, spending one semester at Lunds Tekniska Högskola - LTH in Lund, Sweden. She began a Ph.D. in Physics at Politecnico di Milano in collaboration with CNST in November 2021, focusing her research on edible logic circuits as part of the ROBOFOOD project. She also engaged in dissemination events targeted at both professional and public audiences.
