Giulia Nucci received her Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2018, curricula biomechanics and biomaterials, from Politecnico di Milano, Italy. She has been a PhD student in Dr. Teresa Pellegrino's group at iIT since 2019. At IIT, she explores magnetic nanoparticles as a therapeutic tool against glioblastoma multiforme in in vitro and pre-clinical studies. Main activities focus on magnetic hyperthermia, immunotherapy and radiotherapy.
