Profile:

I am a PhD student working in Dr. Teresa Pellegrino‘s group ‘Nanomaterials for Biomedical Applications’ at IIT, Genoa. My research activity focuses on the evaluation of multimodal therapeutic effects of inorganic nanoparticles as drug delivery systems, heat mediators and tumor targeting in 2D and 3D in vitro and in vivo tumor studies.

2018-2019 Research fellow at Giannina Gaslini Hospital working at Autoinflammatory disease and Immunodeficiencies laboratory, in Marco Gattorno’s group, Genoa, Italy

Background:

I am a biomedical engineer, who has developed strong skills also in biology thanks to the experience acquired during the master thesis and the year spent at Istituto Giannina Gaslini (Genoa, Italy). I have a deep knowledge on stem cells, histological analysis and strong skills in molecular biology applied in immunology.
