I studied Pharmacy at the University of Pavia and in 2019 I got my Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Lyon investigating the DNA repair mechanism of both ribosomal and protein-coding genes. From 2019 to 2020, I was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia in Prof. Alberto Diaspro’s group– Nanoscopy. I am currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Catania in the group of Prof. Luca Lanzanò and an Affiliated Researcher of the Nanoscopy group, where I investigate the origin and evolution of oncogene-induced genomic damage by advanced optical nanoscopy.
