About

I am a neuro-computationalist. Having a bachelor in mathematics, I graduated as an engineer from ESPCI Paris with a major in physics and specialised in biophysics. I later pursued an additional master of research working with Paul Chadderton and Stephen Brickley at the Imperial College of London, where I learned patch clamp recording.

Since then, I investigated system neuroscience for preclinical applications by doing my PhD at INSERM in Zsolt Lenkei's team using functional ultrasound. During this project I went from the bench of animal research to the desk of computationalists developing a end-to-end pipeline for the acquisition and analysis of non-invasive resting state functional connectivity in awake and behaving mice. Thanks to this method we discovered fingerprints of pharmacological treatments (opioids, cannabinoids and psilocybin) in the functional connectivity of vigile mice opening the way for fast and parallel screening of new therapies based on whole brain function.

I am now orienting my work towards whole brain modelling to leverage neuroimaging methods (resonance magnetic imaging and ultrafast ultrasound imaging) and better understand the mechanisms underlying functional connectivity and brain dynamics at the macroscale.
