The WP2 focuses on understanding RNA mechanisms in health, disease, and therapeutic development, spanning from investigating RNA roles in neurological diseases and cancer to modeling RNA-based therapies. The work package aims to leverage advanced genomic and imaging technologies to unravel RNA's potential in diagnostics and treatment, aligning with the strategic ambitions of the flagship project.

Leader: Gian Gaetano Tartaglia; Co-leaders: Gian-Nicola Tirelli and Giancarlo Ruocco

The WP3 aims to advance the field of RNA-based therapies and diagnostics through innovative modeling, genetic circuit design, drug discovery, and testing methodologies. This work package focuses on the development of computational models, engineered RNA devices, and novel drug compounds, culminating in pre-clinical studies to demonstrate the efficacy and safety of these RNA-based interventions.
